Online Private Lessons

• Become a classically-trained percussionist, from the convenience of home.

• Study privately with Dr. Rocheteau who is an actively performing professional and Director of Percussion Studies at the Sunderman Conservatory of Music at Gettysburg College.

• Multiple styles taught including: Concert Percussion, Marching Percussion, and Drumset.

• All ages and abilities are encouraged and welcome to sign up.

Teaching Philosophy

• Dr. Rocheteau devotes equal attention towards the development of ear training, music theory, and musicianship as he does to the technical mastery of percussion playing. This is an identical approach to the education of a classically-trained pianist or violinist.

• Students who study with Dr. Rocheteau are equipped to play and teach professionally, understand music like a language, and enjoy a more fulfilling relationship with music.
